Scope of project: Bathroom renovation, kitchen backsplash install, balcony tile install. From the start, Eric was respectful of my home. I walked several different contractors to bid the renovation project and Eric was the only one who took his shoes off before entering my home. He was also the only contractor that showed up exactly on time, not a minute late. First impressions are important! Before starting construction, Eric meticulously laid out protection for the floor and matted the work area to ensure that the floor remained clean. During construction he gave great suggestions on paint color matching and tile layout. His attention to detail is exceptional. There were times that Eric noticed small issues in my home that was outside the scope of the renovation project. He offered to help fix the issues without bumping up the original quoted amount. The workmanship quality is top notch, my balcony is arch shaped and required a lot of tile cuts. Eric took care tile by tile to ensure that the edge matched up as seamlessly as possible. The estimate provided was spot on, and very competitive. The project schedule proposed was also very accurate. I'm glad to have found Sun Shore Construction and Eric's team. I'll be sure to hire them again for future projects!
