They wanted a real place to live outside — room to gather, dine, and relax — that connected cleanly to the house and stood up to New England seasons without constant upkeep.

Sun Shore Construction designed and built a two-level composite deck that turns the whole rear of the home into functional, low-maintenance outdoor living. A wide upper deck steps off the home’s slider door for dining and entertaining, a run of finished stairs transitions down to a lower platform living area, and clean composite railings tie it all together — engineered, permitted, and built to last.
