What we do
Full bathroom renovation
Full remodel from demolition to final walkthrough, with tile, fixtures, vanity, and flooring, for a new layout, custom tile, or a change beyond the shower.
Walk-in shower remodel
Converting a bathtub to a walk-in shower, with a shower built on a full waterproofing layer, walls, niche and bench, before a single tile goes up, then tile, glass door, and fixtures.
Bathroom addition
A new bathroom added with the same scope, schedule, and finishes as a full remodel, planned room by room in writing.
Converting bathtubs to walk-in showers
The old tub comes out, the shower is built with a glass door, tile, niche, and bench, and the surrounding walls and floor are finished to match.
Expert tile installation
New wall and floor tiles throughout the shower and above the bathtub, with smooth grout lines, for a clean, finished look.
Sliding shower doors
Glass doors that fit the new shower, including sliding doors, installed with the tile and fixtures.
New vanities and countertops
New vanities, mirrors, towel bars, and hardware, including double vanities and floating vanities, that complete the design for daily use.
Completed projects
Two baths and a laundry room, rebuilt on a new floor plan.
Walls and ceilings opened; framed to a new floor plan; insulation added on exterior walls and under the crawl space. Water supply and drains redone for the new layout. Walk-in showers with glass doors, a tub with a niche, floating vanities, and an LED mirror. New laundry room: dedicated dryer outlet and vent, countertop above the washer and dryer.

Two baths and a reworked hallway.
Wall between the hallway and bedroom moved and reframed; new pocket door into the bath. First bath: walk-in shower with glass door and a freestanding tub. Second bath: shower with niche and bench, new vanity and toilet. Hallway ceiling repaired, new drywall, hardwood floor repaired.

Three bathrooms plus the fix-list.
Walk-in shower built on a mortar base with full waterproofing, sliding glass door and niche. Second bath fully torn out: new tub, wall and floor tile, vanity, toilet and exhaust fan. First-floor bath renovated.

Bathroom part: guest bath and half bath.
Guest bath: tub converted to a walk-in shower with a niche and sliding glass door; new tile floor, vanity and mirror. Half bath: vanity cabinet repainted, new top and faucet, new exhaust fan vented to the outside wall.

How a bathroom project runs
Walkthrough and scope
We walk the bathroom with you, measure, and talk through what stays, what goes, and what the new layout needs to do. You leave the walkthrough knowing whether one bathroom or two bathrooms belong in one project.
Written estimate, room by room
You get a written scope that lists the work in each bathroom. Add a room, drop one, or change the order before anything is signed. Materials are separate: pick your own, or we help you buy them and hand over every receipt.
Schedule
We set the order of work so rooms that share walls, pipes or floors are handled together. You know ahead of time which bathroom is out of use, and when.
Demolition and rough work
Floors and stairs get covered and work areas sealed off. Old fixtures, tiles and partition walls come out, down to the framework. Then new framing, insulation, supply lines and drains. If we find something behind the wall, we show you and decide together before it changes anything.
Waterproofing, then finishes
Every shower gets a full waterproofing layer, walls, niche and bench, before a single tile goes up. Then tile, flooring, cabinets, fixtures and paint. New vanities, mirrors, towel bars, glass doors, and lighting finish the bathrooms.
Final walkthrough
We walk the bathrooms with you, room by room, work through the punch list, and leave it clean.
