What went in: new framing and insulation around the perimeter with the services running inside it, drywall, skim coat and paint, vinyl plank flooring carried through the main room, hallway and bathroom, new stair treads finished by hand, a kitchenette with white cabinets and a butcher block counter against a brick-look wall, upper cabinets above the washer and dryer, and a refreshed basement bathroom with new fixtures and a new top.
