Bathroom & Laundry Room Renovation — Newton, MA
A Complete Transformation — Newton, MA
The homeowners at a home didn’t do things halfway. When they decided to renovate, they tackled the entire home’s plumbing and utility footprint at once — two full bathrooms and a dedicated laundry room — all completed by Sun Shore Construction in one cohesive project.
The result is a home that feels completely renewed: a master bath with skylight and soaking tub, a second bath with a custom double vanity and glass shower, and a clean laundry room that actually works. Done right, from start to finish.

The Transformation
The master bathroom is the showpiece: a skylight floods the space with natural light, illuminating large-format gray floor tile that runs from wall to wall. A soaking tub and walk-in shower share the space, defined by a glass block window that keeps the room bright without sacrificing privacy. A dark walnut vanity anchors the room on one end. The result is a bathroom that feels both generous and serene — the kind of space you look forward to using every morning.
The second bathroom got its own complete renovation. A wall-mounted double vanity in warm natural wood with matte black hardware and dual sinks takes center stage, paired with lighted medicine cabinet mirrors and decorative chevron upper cabinets. The floor is finished in a rich dark stone-look tile. The frameless glass shower enclosure — featuring a glass block window, white wall tile, penny tile shower floor, and matte black fixtures — brings the same high-end craftsmanship into a more compact footprint.
The laundry room rounds out the project: front-loading washer and dryer with pedestals, a built-in shelf above, and fresh light tile flooring throughout. Clean, functional, and finished with the same attention to detail as the rest of the renovation.

They helped remodel our bathroom. The project is finished in two weeks with good quality. First of all, they work diligently to ensure the project get done in time. What's more important is that they think from our future usage perspective, and give good recommendations during the project. Would ask the team to help future project and refer to my friends.
