How Window Replacement Works

Free in-home estimate. We look at each window, talk through styles (double-hung, casement, sliding, picture) and glass options, and give you a written, itemized estimate.
Measuring. Every opening is measured on site before anything is ordered.
Ordering. The windows are made to those measurements. We confirm the delivery timeline with you when the order is placed.
Installation. We remove the old units, install the new windows, seal and insulate around them, and finish the interior trim.
Walkthrough. We check that every window opens, closes and locks, and we clean up before we leave.

Mass Save Window Rebate and HEAT Loan: What Boston Homeowners Need to Know

Mass Save is the Massachusetts energy-efficiency program. Its 2026 window rebate, as described on the Mass Save website, works like this:

$75 per window when you replace single-pane windows with ENERGY STAR “Most Efficient” certified windows for the Northern region.
Your existing windows must be verified first, during a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment, before the new windows are installed. You may also need to complete the insulation or air-sealing work the assessment recommends.
The rebate covers windows purchased in 2026, and applications are due by February 28, 2027.
Mass Save also offers 0% HEAT Loans for qualified energy-efficiency upgrades.

You apply for the rebate directly with Mass Save, and Mass Save decides who qualifies. Check the current terms on the Mass Save windows page before you order. If the rebate matters to you, tell us at the estimate and we will check whether the windows you choose are on the Most Efficient list.
