- Demolition: Removed the existing bathtub, shower valve, faucet, wall and floor tiles, mirror, hardware, vanity, and toilet, while preserving the original drywall for new finishes.
- Plumbing: Installed a new shower valve, reconnected water supply lines, replaced the shower drain, and adjusted the water baseboard to accommodate the new bathtub layout.
- Electrical: Replaced the light switch, installed a new exhaust fan with proper venting, and added recessed ceiling lights above the shower area for enhanced illumination.
- Bathtub & Waterproofing: Installed a 30″ bathtub with new drywall above the tub and a complete waterproofing system for lasting moisture protection.

I highly recommend Eric and his team for home renovation projects. Couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with. Scope of project: Bathroom renovation, kitchen backsplash install, balcony tile install. From the start, Eric was respectful of my home. I walked several different contractors to bid the renovation project and Eric was the only one who took his shoes off before entering my home. He was also the only contractor that showed up exactly on time, not a minute late. First impressions are important! Before starting construction, Eric meticulously laid out protection for the floor and matted the work area to ensure that the floor remained clean. During construction he gave great suggestions on paint color matching and tile layout. His attention to detail is exceptional. There were times that Eric noticed small issues in my home that was outside the scope of the renovation project. He offered to help fix the issues without bumping up the original quoted amount. The workmanship quality is top notch, my balcony is arch shaped and required a lot of tile cuts. Eric took care tile by tile to ensure that the edge matched up as seamlessly as possible. The estimate provided was spot on, and very competitive. The project schedule proposed was also very accurate. I'm glad to have found Sun Shore Construction and Eric's team. I'll be sure to hire them again for future projects!

Strongly recommend Eric if you are looking for someone to help remodel your bathroom. He is super professional and responsible. What impressed me most is that he is always trying to get things done perfectly even that would take longer time, instead of expediting the project. The bathroom remodeling work took around 3 weeks but I am very thankful for his team's dedicated and amazing work! Next time if I plan to do some other renovations, his team will be my first choice.

Mr.Zhang and his team did a wonderful job installing my FoTile rang hood. They showed up on time, kept my kitchen area well protected during the work. The whole process was swift and done in a very professionally way . After all of the installation work is done, he explained to me how to use it and maintain it without me asking. Great work!
