Modern Bathroom Renovation with Walk-In Shower in Needham, MA

Modern Bathroom Renovation with Walk-in Shower in Needham, MA

Sun Shore Construction proudly completed a stunning bathroom renovation in Needham, MA. Our client envisioned a sleek and functional space that seamlessly combines modern design with practical features, and our team delivered beyond expectations.

The transformation included the demolition of the old bathroom, followed by the installation of a stylish walk-in shower with mosaic floor tiles and classic subway tiles on the walls. To enhance usability and aesthetics, we added a custom shower niche and a sliding glass shower door for an open and airy feel.

Every detail, from the modern vanity to the energy-efficient lighting fixtures, was thoughtfully chosen to meet the homeowner’s needs. The result is a clutter-free, sophisticated bathroom that offers both relaxation and convenience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from Boston-area homeowners. Don't see yours? Call (857) 858-2600.

How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels in the Boston area take 2-4 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. Larger luxury renovations may take 4-6 weeks.
How much will my project cost?
Cost depends on size, layout, materials, and scope — every home is different, so we never quote a price sight-unseen. We provide a free written estimate after a quick on-site consultation. Call (857) 858-2600 or submit our form to schedule.
Are you licensed and insured in Massachusetts?
Yes. Sun Shore Construction is a registered Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts, licensed and fully insured. Proof is available on request.
Do you provide free estimates?
Absolutely. We offer free, no-obligation written estimates after an on-site consultation. Call (857) 858-2600 or submit our form to schedule.
What areas around Boston do you serve?
We serve Boston and 30+ surrounding communities including Cambridge, Newton, Brookline, Quincy, Lexington, Concord, Wellesley, Needham, Acton, Burlington, and more.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the building permit and coordinate inspections with your town. Electrical and plumbing permits are pulled by the licensed electricians and plumbers we hire for your project — and because we manage the whole job, every permit is our responsibility, not yours.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. We back every project with a workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties on materials. Details provided in writing with your estimate.
